How to Rent
The
first step in renting process is for us to receive your application(s) (one application for each adult age 18 and older) and application fee - $5 for each application.Here is link to the application:
Latest Application.pdf Mail or drop it off to the address listed on the back of it. After receiving your application(s) we will do background check and check landlord and/or work references.
The second step is signing a lease and getting security deposit. Upon having a lease signed and deposit received the unit becomes rented and we stop showings and advertising.
